Ted\u00a0Mable, Ed.D., Executive Director of Northwestern Counseling & Support\u00a0Services, Inc. (NCSS) is pleased to announce the appointments of Tim Gallagan\u00a0as the Director of Finance \/ CFO and Kim McClellan as the Director of\u00a0Operations \/ COO effective April 1, 2016.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Mr.\u00a0Gallagan comes to NCSS from Children’s Specialized Hospital located in\u00a0Mountainside, NJ where he served as the Associate Director of Finance for the\u00a0hospital that provides inpatient rehabilitation, long term care, outpatient\u00a0therapy, early intervention, and pediatric day care services.\u00a0 Prior to\u00a0Mr. Gallagan’s tenure at Children’s Specialized Hospital his entire career has\u00a0been centered in healthcare including behavioral health services.<\/p>\n
At\u00a0NCSS, Mr. Gallagan, as the Director of Finance \/ CFO, will oversee all\u00a0financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting functions for the organization\u00a0for its three service divisions – Behavioral Health; Children, Youth &\u00a0Families and Developmental Services plus, Administration.\u00a0Mr.\u00a0Gallagan earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in\u00a0Finance from Seton Hall University which is where he also received his BS,\u00a0Accounting degree.<\/p>\n

Since\u00a02013, Ms. McClellan has served as NCSS’ Director\u00a0of Quality & Risk Management, where she provided management and oversight to quality improvement processes, risk management assessment and on-going\u00a0initiatives for the reduction of risk, risk management, national (CARF)\u00a0accreditation, and health and safety administration.<\/p>\n
Ms.\u00a0McClellan, as the Director of Operations \/ COO, will oversee quality & risk management, billing, data management, outcomes, IT, and facilities for the\u00a0organization.<\/p>\n
Ms. McClellan earned her Master’s Degree in\u00a0Business Administration focusing on Sustainability and Leadership from Green\u00a0Mountain College, which has helped to continue the success of NCSS’ Outcomes\u00a0and Results Based Accountability.\u00a0 Prior to her master’s degree she earned\u00a0a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Johnson State College.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
