She transitioned from the her previous post as Quality Review Specialist in the Children, Youth and Family Services division on September 19, where she resided for almost three years.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0Alison will be working closely with Chris Kelly, Database Administrator,\u00a0as well as the Program Managers and Team Leaders in each division.\u00a0 Some of her new responsibilities will include working in partnership with Vermont Care Partners on many different quality and outcomes projects, NCSS\u2019 Clear Impact scorecard, agency Results Based Accountability initiatives, annual outcomes report, involvement with agency utilization reviews, EMR and the clinical workgroups, and her continued work with Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessment tool in CYF.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium;\"> In essence, Alison will act as a voice for NCSS; she will inform the conversation at the state level regarding meaningful outcomes\u00a0 both for clients and staff.
