Habedank was introduced to working with kids through his father, a camp director. ALBANS \u2014 Twenty-one years into his career at Northwestern Counseling and Support Services, Matt Habedank is the new director of the Early Childhood and School-Based Services Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Habedank started at NCSS as a teacher at Soar Learning Center, a school for students in need of additional behavioral and clinical support.
