ALBANS \u2014 Recently, the Knights of Columbus, Council 297, presented a check for $1,200 to NCSS\u2019 Kids Camp Rainbow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This very generous donation is the result of their \u201cDrive for People with Intellectual Disabilities,\u201d also known locally as the Tootsie Roll Drive, to benefit children with special needs.
