High Fidelity Wraparound Community Support Specialist

Come join a dynamic, enthusiastic team that provides intensive support to children, adolescents and their families across all environments (community, home, school) to improve social functioning.   

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate services with treatment team
• Ability to work with children of different ages and treatment needs
• Comfortable providing a heightened level of support to children that present with significant emotional and behavioral needs
• Goal-driven to reduce high utilization of residential placement by keeping clients in their own community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, desired

Other Important Information:

• Salary starts at $37,000 annualized

• M-F schedule
• Some on-call pager time required, with separate compensation
