Technology Manager

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a creative and dynamic leader to oversee our Technology Team while demonstrating support, initiative, and implementing innovation and organizational change needed to improve the agencies effectiveness. 

Responsibilities include:

• Assuring the quality of services provided by the Technology Team are of the highest standard
• Seeking opportunities to improve, streamline, reinvent work processes that will improve operations and delivery of services through inspired leadership
• Mentoring and providing guidance and support to all staff in how to strengthen their IT knowledge and skills to improve personal and professional growth
• Providing ongoing maintenance for policies and procedures for carrying out technology department operations to comply with regulating agencies (HIPAA, Medicaid, etc…)
• Working in collaboration with HIPAA Security and Privacy Officers, as well as the Compliance Officer to review physical security practices and ensure that appropriate physical safeguards exist
