Community Rehabilitation & Treatment Team Leader

The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment Team (CRT) is seeking a strong clinician who is highly organized, takes initiative, and has a positive attitude. The CRT program serves individuals who experience severe mental illness. The Team Leader will work closely with the CRT Program Manager and the CRT Leadership Team to provide:

  • Safe and clinically sound services to individuals enrolled in the program
  • Administrative & clinical supervision to direct staff
  • Participate in Division & Agency Leadership Initiatives
  • Coordinate & collaborate with State and Community resources

Seeking individual with experience & competencies related to:

  • Strong supervisory & program development experience
  • Knowledge of Evidenced-Based Practices
  • Master’s Degree - licensed or license eligible and minimum of 2 years relevant experience is preferred.  Willing to consider someone who does not have a Master’s Degree and has extensive direct service and some leadership experience working with adults with severe mental illness and is interested in transitioning into a leadership role.
