Soar Learning Center Service Coordinator

Soar Learning Center is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Service Coordinator with our High School Behavior Intervention Team. Soar is a state-approved, Independent School and Day Treatment program that provides educational, clinical, and behavioral supports for area youth. The Service Coordinator position is critical to the overall operations of the Behavior Team, acting as the primary lead on crisis intervention, data collection and reporting, and student-centered behavioral programming. Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and will have relevant experience working with youth in either a school-based or community support capacity. Effective communication and strong writing skills are critical to the position, as are the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Prior knowledge of or experience with ABA principles and trauma-informed care are highly desired, but not required.
