Shared Living Provider with In-Law Apartment

NCSS is looking for a Shared Living Provider home that includes an attached in-law apartment or separate living space for an independent young man in the Franklin County area. He enjoys fishing, gaming and computers. 

Provider must be willing to assist him with daily living tasks, emotional support, and accessing resources in the community. No younger children in the home is preferred. Provider must be willing to prepare meals, as well as, provide oversight with personal care and home care support.

Provider must:

  • Be 21+ years of age
  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear background screenings
  • Pass a home inspection
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
