Shared Living Provider - Two Bedrooms Required*

Are you able to provide a consistent and caring home environment? Looking for an individual, couple, or family to share their home as well as provide care and supervision for a mother and her adult daughter who has intellectual impairments. The home must have two bedrooms available so the mother and daughter can each have their own. Candidates must be comfortable providing personal care and meeting dietary needs. Transportation to and from appointments is required. Considered applicants must pass background screenings, be 21+ years of age or older, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license/reliable transportation, and be able to pass a home inspection.
