Shared Living Provider

Do you live in a single-level home in the St. Albans area and are willing to open your home to an older man with physical/developmental disabilities? This gentleman requires use of a wheelchair for all mobility, two on one transfers, and physical assistance with personal care. Provider must be able to transport to doctor's appointments and within the community. Must be 21+ years of age, possess high school diploma or equivalent and clear background screenings. Home safety and accessibility inspections will be required, as well as the willingness to make home modifications, if necessary. Team support and tax-free stipend provided.
