Shared Living Provider

Would you like to share your home, provide twenty four hour supervision and behavioral supports, and medical supports for a middle aged woman?  Looking for a home provider who is a single female with no children or pets.

Provider must be willing to work as part of a team to provide day to day care and support which includes providing medication administration, participation in medical appointments and counseling, psychiatric care and training for a sociable, outgoing woman, who has community supports four days a week, respite placement, and clinical supports.

A generous stipend and room and board compensation, as well as twenty four hour supports are available to the shared living provider.
