Do you have a Master’s Degree in the field of Mental Health? Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is hiring for a School-Based Clinician to join our team! At NCSS, School-Based Clinicians offer an array of services addressing a variety of mental health issues within the public school setting.

Clinician responsibilities include:

  • Diagnostic assessment
  • Treatment planning
  • Individualized therapeutic services
  • Home/school coordination
  • Crisis screenings/intervention

Candidates must have:

  • Strong experience working with children & families
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • The ability to work both collaboratively and independently

The School-Based Clinical Team serves as a referral conduit to connect students and their families to other NCSS Programs. The service model adjusts according to the needs of each participating school. This position is full-time and follows the school schedule with some summer responsibilities.
