Resource Coordinator

NCSS is seeking an individual who is interested in providing individualized case management support to families of children who have developmental disabilities. Ideal candidate should be patient, mature, responsible, able to work independently and as part of a larger treatment team. Primary responsibilities include care coordination; collaborating with community partners to ensure youth/family obtains appropriate needed supports; individualized treatment planning; and skill building.
