Part Time CRT Supportive Counselor

The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting and energetic person to provide supportive counseling to a case load of CRT clients. The CRT program provides services to adults that have been diagnosed with severe mental illness. This position would be part of the client’s treatment team and could provide informal case review with other members of the treating team.
