Outpatient Therapist (Sign On Bonus)

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our Children’s Outpatient and Assessment Team. This position provides therapeutic services with a concentration in Substance Abuse work with adolescents and young adults. The identified clinician will split time delivering services in both the school and outpatient clinic settings. This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 sign on bonus to be paid out at designated times. Mention the phrase "HIRE ME" in your cover letter to qualify. 

Responsibilities include:

• Providing education, screening, assessment, and treatment to adolescents, young, adults, and their families
• Implementing mental health counseling for a wide range of clinical concerns for children, adolescents, and young adults; specifically those requiring assistance with mental health and substance abuse problems
• Writing psychosocial evaluations, implementing screens for substance and mental health concerns, and formulating appropriate interventions

What are we looking for?

• Candidates who have a variety of experiences delivering services in individual, family, and group treatment modalities
• Master’s Degree in a related counseling field as well as licensure or licensure eligibility
