Outpatient & Operations Program Manager

The Behavioral Health Division is hiring for a leadership position to oversee our Outpatient Program and work closely with other division leadership to enhance division operations and program development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s degree and VT State Clinical License
• Experience as an Outpatient Therapist & team-based care
• Extensive clinical & administrative supervision experience
• Experience with evidence-based practices
• Experience with electronic medical records, utilization review, program development and outcomes
