Medical Records Monitor

NCSS is seeking an individual with experience in the healthcare field to provide technical support and training to staff within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), audit billable services documentation and support the Electronic Medical Record implementation. This 25-40 hour position would be responsible for insuring compliance with State and Federal regulations troubleshooting EMR issues, coordinating and facilitating trainings, providing general support with Outlook, Excel and Word. The successful candidate would possess strong customer service skills, answering multi line phone system, automated appointment scheduling, be solution focused, tech savvy, detail oriented self-motivated and have the desire for continuous learning, with the ability to maintain multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and possess effective oral and written communication skills. Appropriate candidates will have a positive attitude, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and be able to work well independently. Experience in medical records management in a healthcare practice desired.
