Intensive Community Support Team Leader

Do you want to be the next person to join the NCSS Leadership Team? We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically experienced candidate to lead our Intensive Community Support Team. In this position you will supervise a team of people who deliver home and community based interventions to children and their families. Children are often identified as struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns and primarily between the ages of 7-16.

Duties include:

  • High level collaboration with internal and external interdisciplinary teams which requires organization, clinical knowledge, and effective communication skills.
  • Encouraging, supporting, and supervising the clinical expertise and continued learning of the clinicians on your team.

The ideal candidate would be proficient in balancing both clinical and administrative supervision components of the role. If you have a Clinical License or Master’s Degree in a related Mental Health field and are looking to make a difference in the lives of young clinicians and therefore in the lives of children and families within Franklin and Grand Isle counties, this could be the career for you!
