Intensive Community Support Specialist

The Intensive Community Support is seeking highly motivated and clinically minded candidates to join their team. Intensive Community Support provides community and family based supports to children with acute mental health needs. Working as the lead care coordinator, staff develop a plan of care and work with community partners (Schools, DCF, PCPs, etc...) to provide high quality treatment and communication. Candidates must be comfortable working with children of different ages and treatment needs one on one across environments. If you are self-motivated, organized, a team player, and seeking clinical experience - this position may be for you!
