Intensive Community Support

Seeking Community Support Specialists to join our Intensive Community Support Team. Community Support provides intensive support to children, adolescents and their families across all environments (community, home, school) to improve social functioning. Clients present with significant emotional and behavioral needs as well as complex treatment needs that warrant a heightened level of support, mainly in social situations. Children are identified as returning from out of community placements or at risk of leaving the community. Staff are responsible for coordinating services and perspectives across the client's treatment team. Hours are completed Monday -Friday. Looking for individuals who are comfortable working with children of different ages and treatment needs one-on-one across environments. Individuals should be self-motivated, organized, and a team player. Applicant will be joining a dynamic, enthusiastic team, who are motivated to impact the high utilization of residential placements. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field required with 1-2 years of experience in a related field preferred.
