This assessment includes identifying individual needs, including appropriate mental health diagnoses, as well as family needs, to supply information which is used to improve social functioning, maintenance of the family unit and relationships. We are also responsible for community collaboration, attendance at and facilitation of multidisciplinary meetings.

Assessment skills using DSM 5, collaborative skills focused primarily on families and community partners along with leadership qualities to think critically and independently in a fast paced dynamic role with Child and Family Mental Health services delivery.
Master's Degree in Human Services/Mental Health field is required. Experience working with youth and their families and diagnostic assessments preferred.
