Facilities Coordinator

Are you a self starter who is eager to learn new things and likes to work in a busy office environment?

NCSS is looking for someone with strong technical abilities and organizational skills to serve as our Facilities Coordinator. This position oversees several health and safety functions, manages the department’s electronic work order system, manages the agency key management system, and provides general administrative support for daily facilities operations.

Successful candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, demonstrate an ability to prioritize, and multitask. Must possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and needs to be comfortable with integratating new electronic systems. An understanding of OSHA/VOSHA, ADA and other established State and Federal regulations is a plus.

This position is expected to participate in several agency wide meetings and maintains a significant role in the agency’s health and safety initiatives including maintaining the SDS management plan.
