EMR Support Specialist

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an individual with experience in the healthcare field to provide technical support and training to staff within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Our EMR Team provides high quality customer service to over 550 dedicated employees of NCSS.

Responsibilities include:

• Researching and troubleshooting issues and questions related to our EMR system.
• Coordinating and facilitating EMR trainings for new and existing staff.
• Providing general support with Microsoft Office Products as well as other reporting software such as Crystal Reports

Successful candidate would possess strong customer service skills, be solution-focused, self-motivated and have the desire for continuous learning, with the ability to maintain multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. NCSS is located 25 minutes north of Burlington, VT.
