EMR Support Specialist

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an individual with experience in the healthcare field to provide technical support and training to staff within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the operations and business processes of the Electronic Medical Record.
• Researching, troubleshooting, and responding to EMR issues in collaboration with tiered support structure.
• Coordinating and facilitating trainings for new and existing staff.

Successful candidate would possess strong customer service skills, be solution focused, self-motivated, and have the desire for continuous learning, with the ability to maintain multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. NCSS is located 25 minutes north of Burlington, VT.
