Employment Specialist

The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with their employment search and job development
  • Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings
  • Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations
  • Developing collaborative relationships with area employers to ensure future placements
  • Transporting identified clients to their employment placement in a timely manner

Candidates will have a:

  • Strengths-based belief that every person has the ability to succeed in employment
  • Strong organizational and communicative skill set
  • Bachelor’s Degree, however, an Associate’s Degree in the Human Services or related field will be considered
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport clients in their personal vehicle
