Early Intervention Service Coordinator - Chittenden County*

The Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking an early childhood professional to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Early Intervention (EI) Program in Chittenden County. EI is a special education service for infants and toddlers with devleopmental delay(s), or medical/genetic conditions that place them at risk of developmental delay(s). This position will be employed by the Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services. This is an open position that is critical to care working for an agency that is continuing to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Early Intervention Service Coordinator will:

• Provide consultation to EI Developmental Educators.
• Support data collection, program development, and work closely with the Early Intervention Team Leader regarding family outcomes and staffing needs.
• Provide some direct work with families through telehealth, supports in homes, child care, as well as team settings.
• Have previous experience in Early Intervention, including current EI credential (preferred), and an understanding of CIS/EI program requirements.

Ideal candidates will have training in screening and assessment tools; excellent communication and organizational skills; reliable internet connection at home; and a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
