The Family Center: Parent Child Center of Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking an energetic professional to join our home visiting team.  Early Childhood Specialists work with pregnant mothers, families with young children, and their caregivers to address child development, parenting, and family wellness.  Knowledge of parenting strategies and child development milestones is required.  In addition to home visits, we provide support and consultation in the community including child care and early education settings, and group workshops.  This position includes a lot of daily travel, opportunities for professional development, and support from a committed team at NCSS.  Benefits include medical/dental, retirement savings, tuition reimbursement, 15 days personal account time in the first year, and 11 paid holidays.

Children Youth & Family
Valid driver's license, child development knowledge, experience home visiting or supporting families.
Bachelor's degree in a human service field required, Master's degree would be a plus.
