DS Service Coordinator

Join our Developmental Services Division as a Service Coordinator! NCSS is seeking a fun, energetic, and professional individual to provide case management services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities.

Service Coordinators are responsible for:

• Coordinating individual service plans through a person-centered approach
• Acting as a liaison and advocate with Shared Living Providers, guardians, and medical professionals in order to help individuals reach their personal goals

Bachelor’s Degree in a related Human Services field preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidates! Personal car necessary for transportation.
