Crisis Stabilization Bed Service Coordinator

The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting and energetic person to manage the daily operational functions for a 24/7 crisis stabilization bed program. The program is designed to meet the needs of adults in crisis. Core functions include:

  • Oversight of the day-to-day operations, assisting both staff and residents with problem solving issues that arise
  • Coordination of intakes and discharges to crisis beds
  • Tracking the bed count and writing an annual report
  • Staff scheduling
  • Collaborative work with other agency teams
  • Collaboratively working with team leader.
