Crisis Service Specialist - Embedded Law Enforcement

Be part of an exciting initiative to prevent psychiatric hospitalizations, reduce high medical utilization, and prevent unnecessary arrests and incarcerations. We have an opening for a clinician to work in collaboration with law enforcement to provide necessary mental health and case management services to individuals in crisis. Crisis work requires teamwork with multiple providers and agencies within the community. It is essential that candidates have the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a constantly changing atmosphere. This position will be embedded within local law enforcement agencies & will include some on-call shifts. Seeking individuals with a Master’s Degree but will consider a Bachelor's Degree candidate with relevant experience. Our agency offers excellent benefits, a flexible work schedule and supervision toward licensure is available. Our clinic is located close to Interstate 89 and is a 30 minute commute from Burlington.
