Behavior Interventionist - Fletcher House*

NCSS is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and flexible individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others. This position is based in our new residential Respite/Crisis home located in Fairfield, VT. The Fairfield House supports individuals with Developmental Disabilities 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This is an open position that is critical to care working for an agency that is continuing to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ideal candidate would have:

  • Therapeutic crisis support experience or a willingness to become immersed in crisis training as the needs of those served varies greatly
  • The ability to calmly and empathetically support and validate individuals who are experiencing internal crises
