Community Support Worker*

The Community Rehabilitation & Treatment (CRT) Team is looking for a strong team player to provide case management services to adults with severe mental illness. This is an open position that is critical to care working for an agency that is continuing to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver services in a variety of community-based settings related to supportive counseling, symptom management, activities of daily living, social and interpersonal skills development, money management and advocacy.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented and organization are key skills!
• Case management with mental health experience is a plus; however we will train the right individual.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to transport clients.
