Collaborative Achievement Team Leader

NCSS is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee one of our School-Based Behavior Intervention Programs. The Collaborative Acheivement Team provides one-on-one support for students experiencing behavioral difficulties rooted in challenges related to mental health, emotional regulation, and academics.

This position offers the unique opportunity to impact a broad range of students, school communities, and staff as the Team Leader steps into a thriving program that plays a key role in the local system of care. This position requires equal parts in-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, the impact of trauma, and social-emotional learning.

Requirements:

  • Ability to supervise Masters-Level consultant staff responsible for plan development and implementation
  • Experience and success overseeing a large team with varrying levels of expertise, training, and professionalism
  • Personal style that facilitates collaboration, compromise, and cooperation among both key community partners and internal management structure.

This is a master's level position requiring a BCBA credential and relevant experience. Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $60k+.
