Clinical Services Team Leader

Are you a creative, solution-focused, and possess strong leadership skills? We are seeking a highly organized candidate to serve as a Team Leader of the clinical services being provided at Soar Learning Center (SLC). Soar Learning Center is approved by Vermont's Agency of Education as an independent school and day treatment program serving children and adolescents in grades K-12.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision to a strong group of School-Based Clinicians and Home/School Coordinators.
  • Assuring high quality clinical assessment, provision of services, and individualized treatment planning.
  • Reviewing clinical records and Medicaid documentation.
  • Completing intake requirements for new student referrals.
  • Ensure consistency of best practices across programs at SLC.

The Clinical Services Team Leader collaborates with the Soar Learning Center Leadership Team to manage administrative operations, track clinical outcome measures, and provide relevant staff training/consultation. Experience and knowledge working with childhood trauma is preferred. A minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work is required and 3-5 years of relevant experience is highly desired. Must be licensed or license eligible.
