Behavior Interventionists

Do you want to work in an environment where one day isn’t predictive of the next? Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. seeks engaging staff to interact and support students with behavioral needs within a classroom setting. A desire to recognize a student’s strengths and then build upon them through the implementation of behavior plans is essential to the child’s progress. This is an open position that is critical to care working for an agency that is continuing to provide essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Behavior intervention can be an incredibly rewarding career, or a great way to gain experience in the field of human services! We have potential openings for elementary, middle and high school aged students with varying levels of need. We will train those willing to learn. To read more about NCSS opportunities visit us online at www.ncssinc.org.
