Behavior Interventionist - Berkshire

Our Therapeutic Community Integration team is seeking energetic candidates to provide support for individuals with emotional and behavioral issues at our 24/7 staffed residential home and in the community in Franklin County, VT.

Ideal candidates:

• Should have a positive attitude; strong and supportive presence; willingness to engage individuals with therapeutic interventions; and the ability to provide highly structured, consistent, predictable and therapeutic environment.
• Prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions is a plus
• Experience working with individuals who display significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings, or more structured therapeutic settings preferred.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation and clear background settings. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Developmental Services
