Behavior Interventionist - CAT Program

Hey College Graduates!  Strive to make a difference in the lives of children who need the support of a caring and skilled adult.  NCSS is hiring Behavior Interventionists to be part of the Collaborative Achievement Team, which provides behavioral support and skill instruction to children in public schools in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.

  • Responsible for supporting social, emotional and behavioral skills development within the constructs of an individualized behavior plan
  • Work cooperatively with team members, school personnel, and families.
  • Excellent opportunity for advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis (including BCBA supervision), childhood trauma, crisis intervention,conflict resolution, and children’s mental health.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
  • Experience working with children a plus.
  • This is a full-time position that follows the school schedule with eight weeks of paid vacation.
