Applied Behavior Services Behavior Specialist

The Applied Behavior Services Team is seeking an energetic professional who enjoys working with children to join our growing team! If you are interested in learning more about Applied Behavior Analysis and supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, then the Behavior Specialist position is for you. Behavior Specialists provide services to children and families in the home and community settings. In addition, Behavior Specialists work as part of a collaborative team to develop curriculum, teach/provide direct instruction, and implement behavioral programming. Professional development opportunities include advanced training in Autism Spectrum Disorder, verbal behavior, behavioral programing, and BCBA supervision. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience working with children a plus. This is a full-time position with accrued vacation time. Benefits include medical/dental, retirement savings, 11 paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement. This position requires team work, flexibility, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Basic conceptual and practical knowledge of applied behavior analysis is essential, as is a willingness to pursue further training in this area.
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Graduate work in applied behavior analysis preferred.
