Adolescent Services Specialist

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a dynamic team member to support adolescents in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. This position provides clinical behavioral health case management services to encourage positive youth development.

Roles and responsibilities include supporting youth with:

  • Career counseling
  • Educational obtainment
  • Leadership skill building
  • Advancing skills supportive of transition to adulthood

Ideal candidates will be collaborative, detail-oriented and possess a strength-based approach to working with adolescents and their families. Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse is preferred.  Candidates should be self-motivated and organized to work independently and also be collaborative as a part of a team.
