Acute Care Residential Specialist (Overnight Shift) (Sign On Bonus)

The Community Support and Rehabilitation Team (CRT) is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person for our Acute Care Specialist position working closely with individuals who are experiencing acute forms of mental illness in our crisis bed and residential programs. Collaborative work with client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources is essential in assisting individuals with gaining independence and receiving comprehensive care. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus to be paid out at a designated time. Position Requires:

• Team player who can work collaboratively with all residential programs and crisis team
• Supports adults experiencing crises, with the goal of diverting hospitalizations
• Flexibility with schedule
• Current job opening for full-time overnight shifts from 6pm-6am
• Typical schedule is 4 days on 3 days off (current need is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday)
• Transportation of clients is required when needed
