Access Coordinator (Screener)

Join our dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment! The Access Coordinator triages calls from potential clients, providers, and individuals in crisis following a standardized protocol.  You will make referrals and gather information for scheduling clients within our children’s outpatient service programs. You should be comfortable with substantial phone work and have some experience with crisis response.  

Ability to work in fast-paced environment, follow standardized triage and referral protocols, communicate with individuals in crisis, track referrals and improve referral processes.  

Our clinic is located close to Interstate 89 and is a short commute from Burlington and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience responding to the needs of individuals in crisis. This candidate will also be comfortable with substantial phone work and data entry work.
Individuals with Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience considered.
