Therapeutic Shared Living Provider

Our Therapeutic Community Integration Team is seeking compassionate and energetic candidates to become Shared Living Providers for an individual in their home in Franklin County. Rural area preferred. Individual requires some personal care assistance, healthcare and medication management needs. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude; strong and supportive presence; prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities/behavioral health conditions; willingness to provide personal care; and the ability to provide highly structured, consistent, predictable and therapeutic environment, and be flexible. Compensation is substantial. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, have high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation and clear background screenings.
