Team Leader/Supervisor for Adolescent Services

Adolescent Services is seeking a strong leader who is highly organized and energetic. This person will work closely with Children’s Services Leadership to provide safe and clinically sound services for adolescents enrolled in the program.  The Team Leader will work in a supportive role to the Leadership to assure responsible, administrative oversight, including collecting essential data required for the State; ensuring team members are in compliance; and meeting expected state and program outcomes. The Team Leader will provide both administrative and clinical supervision to direct line staff and will coordinate with state and community resources. Ideal candidates will have a Masters Degree in Human Services Field, supervisory experience, be collaborative, detail-oriented, self-motivated and organized. They should also possess a strength-based approach to working with adolescents and their families.
