Soar Learning Center is a state approved, independent school located in St. Albans Bay, Vermont. The school serves students, K-21, with emotional, behavioral and academic challenges. Teaching responsibilities include adaptation and modification of curriculum, preparation of lesson plans, documentation as required, and implementation of IEP/504 plans to meet the individual needs of all students. Strong communication, collaboration, problem solving, and organization skills required to work with parents, teachers, special educators, administrators and others to effectively implement programs for students. Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field and Special Education license required. Provisional licenses may be considered. These positions offer a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus. |
