Shared Living Provider

19 year old male, non-verbal, with developmental disability/high medical needs; uses wheelchair , Hoyer lift, and has a G-Tube. Enjoys being out in the community. Provider must have accessible home (willing to provide ramp if necessary). Must be willing to perform all aspects of personal care, have an adult male in the household; no children preferred. Provider(s) must be willing to be trained on all medical/Special Care Procedures by RN. The team is also looking for respite providers to provide the same.
