Shared Living Provider

The Residential Support Team is seeking compassionate and energetic candidates to become a Shared Living Provider for an individual in the Franklin County area. This individual requires support with personal care, healthcare and medication management and receives extensive in-home and community supports from NCSS. This individual engages in the expressive and adaptive arts, as well as activities in the community. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude; strong and supportive presence; prior experience working with people have intellectual disabilities/behavioral health conditions; willingness to provide extensive personal care; and the ability to provide a highly structured, consistent, predictable and therapeutic environment. Candidates must be flexible and able to work as a cohesive team. Compensation is substantial and tax free, with additional supports provided. Candidates must have reliable transportation; must be 21+ years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent and clear background screenings.
