Shared Living Provider - DS

Looking for caring and engaging person/couple/family to share life/home with man and/or woman with intellectual and physical disabilities, both looking for individual placement.  Applicants must have accessible home (or be willing to modify) with downstairs bedroom and full bathroom. Must be very comfortable with all aspects of personal care and be willing to provide reasonable transportation to various community/social activities and medical appointments. Older children and pets ok. Training, support, and compensation provided.
