Shared Living Provder

Person/couple wanted to provide their home in the Franklin County, Vermont area for a 66-year-old woman with a developmental disability.  Person/couple should have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or nursing experience and have the ability to set boundaries, work as part of a team and follow support plans.  Financial compensation and excellent team support provided.  Must have reliable transportation and pass background screenings.  Please contact Cris Gravelin at 393-6656 for more information.
