Residential Support Staff

Progressive mental health program is hiring full time, part time & substitutes for all shifts to work in a group home. Responsibilities include providing a supportive environment to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, assisting problem solving issues, behavioral interventions and providing strengths based education with the goal of recovery and crisis support. Applicants must have good communication skills, be compassionate, be organized, and be a strong team player. Knowledge of mental illness is preferred. A valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to transport clients in your vehicle is required. Computer skills are required. Position offers competitive wages. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field preferred, however an Associate’s Degree with relevant experience will be considered.
